Milk Chocolate if not made with sugar alcohols is not a great food/treat.
I prefer to recommend an 85% chocolate and about 2-4 squares max and only on phase II.
Chocolate has shown to have one of the highest anti-oxidant values of all foods. The flavanoids work as scavengers of sort and increase your levels of glutathione, a major cancer anti-oxidant.
It's difficult to get used to if you're a milk chocolate lover. I know! Milk chocolate was always my favorite.
