Chris

by Chris
(Bel Air)

I think this would be a good diet for me. I seem to do better when I start my day with protein and not carbs.

My biggest concern is that I do not eat eggs. Any suggestions for breakfast? All the menus use eggs for breakfast. I don't eat crepes, frittatas, nothing that has a discernable egg taste.

It's a long story... I have tried to overcome this, but had no success.

Hi Chris

Depending on the plan you choose, you can eat any of the foods at any time of the day.

You might enjoy a ground beef and spinach saute....you can add butternut squash to it....

Eat leftovers from lunch or dinner. A nice casserole with cauliflower might satisfy your breakfast needs.

Chicken salad

If you're going to practice the Phase II plan, you might eat yogurt, smoothies, cottage cheese and add a veggie and/or fruit like berries with a sprinkle of nuts.

I have provided grocery lists so using that might be helpful.
