Is Raw Milk acceptable?

by John Kaye
(Blaine, WA)

We have a raw milk dairy in our county and I buy 1 gallon a week. I love it and have an 8oz glass every day for lunch along with my brie and liverwurst on 2 WASA crackers.

Do you advise not drinking milk?

Other paleo types say NO milk.

Hi John

Thank you for posting! The raw milk is your choice really. I've heard many refer to their paleo plans as "lacto Paleo" with a little giggle of course.

This is certainly individual so if you find you are losing successfully, have no gastric distress, mucus or elevated blood glucose numbers, go for it!

In good health,
Misty
