Home made beef or buffalo jerky is a life saver for snacks.

Put boiled eggs in dill pickle juice - they keep well in fridge.

Melt cheese until crispy

High protein bread recipe

Mix with spoon:
1 egg
1 T water
1/3 C ground flax
1/3 C ground almonds
1/2 tsp baking powder
Put in microwave mug or roundish container.
3 min on high
OR Bake in oven 350 for 20 minutes.
Slice when cool.
Serve with butter/cream cheese etc.
Freezes well sliced into a bag

Pickled eggs were a new discovery for me! I have friends who have raved about them and never had an interest.

I saved an old jar filled with pickle juice myself and added garlic cloves, jalapenos and a bit of pepperoncini juice and let sit for a week and they were just awesome! A perfect on the go snack for sure!
