After reading this list and struggling for so long to lose weight counting calories, I now understand why I have dry skin, don't feel good and can't lose more than about 20 pounds this whole year!
These are all foods that I have been avoiding and my weight watchers counselor told me that fat is unhealthy.
I tried this diet for one week and I've already lost 3 pounds and I'm not hungry!
